Are you a believer in positive thinking? I sure am.
When I was younger I used to be quite the negative Nellie and I would look for all the possible pitfalls in a situation and focus on those.
Needless to say, that did not make me a happy bunny.
But over the years I have learnt how to train my mind to be more positive and focus on the good in a situation and I’ve done this through using simple techniques based around positive psychology.
I know that these techniques have been instrumental in me being a more joyful person and leading a happier life. And I know without a doubt they will be for you too if you aren’t using them already.
Which is why I’ve asked Coaching Positive Psychology Expert Michelle Pritchard to join us for the second of my Expert Interview series.
In this video, Michelle will be sharing:
– What is positive psychology
– What is the long-term impact from practising it
– Some simple techniques that you can use on a daily basis to start shifting your focus in any situation from a negative one to an empowering positive one.
